My client has been established as a leading training technology provider for over 25 years now. Their speciality is in the provision of training environments designed for those in the sales industry.
Because of continued ambition and demand, they are actively looking for a C# Software Developer.
A little about the Company;
The company is a global leader in performance improvement for customer-facing teams, including sales and account management, customer success, and customer experience. They have developed a suite of sophisticated web-based environments, such as complete and modular curriculum#39&s. They also develop virtual and e-learning application tools. They are an award-winning company and place technology at the heart of their operations.
The company are based in Zone 2 London but operate a remote-first policy with only minimal requirement to go into the office; though of course those who want to go in more frequently are welcome to do so.
About the Role;
Day-to-day work will require the successful candidate to work on development, research, enhancement and maintenance projects covering the software development lifecycle.
The majority of software is produced using the Microsoft toolset. Knowledge of .NET (C#), Cloud-based databases and services, Windows Services, Web API and Web development is essential.
This role is more of backend focussed, but an all rounded developer is required to help if needed with front end integrations.
What do you Need?
* C# (.NET), ASP.NET Web API
* MS SQL
* An enthusiasm for software development
* An eagerness to constantly improve the product’s performance ease of use and functionality
* Knowledge of Agile software development processes; a working knowledge of Scrum would be desirable
* Continuous Integration and Deployment (Azure)
* Unit Testing
* Knowledge of the following would be advantageous: Microservices, AI integration, use of in memory databases, knowledge of use of NoSQL databases
* Knowledge of CRM integration is beneficial
What#39&s on Offer?
You can expect a competitive starting salary, DOE, in the region of £50,000 - £55,000.
