North Point has been helping Life Science companies upscale with the talent they need for nearly 20 years. Over the last decade, we’ve focused on ambitious Biopharma, Biotechnology, and MedTech companies, successfully placing nearly 1500 candidates.

Talent is at the heart of our business. We know the difference that outstanding hires can make. Being an SME ourselves, we really do understand the importance of culture fit. It’s one thing identifying a skill, but it’s another taking time to understand a company’s culture and ethos, which is so important. We don’t work in a high pressured KPI driven environment- Whereby we must get out a certain number of CV’s. We’re firm believers in quality over quantity. How do we find our candidates? 


Do we advertise across job boards? No, as you could do that yourself. We take time understanding our client's needs, and then we target candidates and go out to market, effectively headhunting the people who suit your business best. Over the last 19 years, we’ve nurtured and built up our network and database. Our private in-house database currently sits at 3.7 million Life Science and IT-based candidates, meaning we can act fast and identify the talent you need. We also find the best candidates aren’t always looking either.
