Competitive with Great Benefits
Business Analyst: Remote / London
As a result of demand, my client, a leading software company catering for the financial services industry, is actively seeking a Business Analyst.
A market leading software provider, is dedicated to helping leaders in financial services embrace the future. The company develops and implements insurance systems for a wide range of insurance businesses.
The company has two main products: The first, uses the latest .net based technology and is based on SOA modular principles. It is a modular .net product that is used for Ratings, Quotes, Policies and Claims.
The other is a long-established complete insurance solution which features a functionally rich and user-friendly GUI front end.
Both products are designed to enable fully flexible configuration so that each customer’s requirement can be met using the same underlying software package such that control is put in the hands of the users.
The Business Analyst team works with both new and existing clients to understand their requirements and ultimately help implement and support these products.
The main aspects of the job include business analysis, investigation of detailed requirements, preparing and defining specifications, preparing estimates, configuring the systems, testing, training and implementing changes.
The successful candidate will ideally have solid insurance experience gained whilst working for either an Insurance Company or Broker, and will also be acquainted with technology-based insurance systems.
