IT Site Support Manager: Basingstoke

North Point are currently recruiting for an IT Site Manager. The company has been established now for over 60 years, and is continuing to grow in an organic fashion. They are a reputable global supplier, working with both hardware and software integrated solutions.

***What the IT Site Manager will do***

+ Perform system administration and manage 3rd party support of local and global systems, networks and applications
+ Record, log and track all incidents, problems and requests from end users via telephone or e-mail and in person in a timely and courteous manner
+ Assess the need for and recommend, schedule and implement performance upgrades to local PCs and associated equipment in line with policy.
+ Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, with current knowledge of plan executables and respond to crises in accordance with recovery plans
+ Provide support for IT security as required including issue, review, update and re-issue of IT security Policies, security reports, endpoint protection and general security advice
+ Prepare and deliver Service Delivery Metrics, evaluate documented resolutions, analyse trends and make recommendations, implement changes to prevent future problems.

+ Windows 10 & Windows Server 2016 O/S
+ Office 365 suite (Productivity apps, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Forms)
+ End User Support / Service Desk / L3+ Support


+ Intune / Endpoint Management
+ Powershell scripting
+ Active Directory / GPO
+ Azure (Migration \ Administration etc)
+ VMWare \ Hyper-V
+ Networking \ Firewall management \ VPNs etc
+ Identity & Privilege Management (SSO \ Role Management etc)
+ Hardware maintenance (Dell)
