As a result of continued ambition, expansion and demand, my client - a global environment chemistry company - is actively seeking an ICP-MS Analyst. This role promises to be interesting, engaging and high in job satisfaction.

The position is based out of state-of-the-art Laboratory facilities in Manchester near Media City.

Working as part of a team, you#39&ll be engaged in the following activities:-

* Meet sample turnaround time requirements
* Analyse samples using ICP-MS in line with laboratory procedures
* Process and interpret analytical results for entry into the LIMS
* Ensure quality records are maintained in line with laboratory requirements including investigation of AQC failures
* Maintenance and basic trouble shooting of equipment

Experience / Knowledge sought;

* Working knowledge of ICP systems
* Experience in conducting maintenance and troubleshooting of ICP systems
* Experience of working within an accredited analytical testing laboratory
* Ability to meet deadlines
