Antibody Development Project Leader
Based in Oxford, our client are aiming to create and develop the next generation of antibody therapeutics. A critical part of achieving their vision is doing it with fantastic people, and as such they are looking for an experienced Project Leader to join the team. For this role, you should be excited about working in a small, dynamic team; always keen to get involved; and be a team player. The position represents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take leadership responsibility in the development of a monoclonal antibody through to clinical testing. Whilst a large part of the role will be project management orientated, you will need solid laboratory skills and the willingness to get stuck in with the raw science when required.
The role will include;
+ Designing and executing antibody development plans from candidate nomination to Phase 1b.
+ Designing, analysing and conducting translational experiments.
+ Working with development experts to deliver IND data packages.
+ Working with key stakeholders to design Ph 1 clinical trials
+ Managing project timelines and budgets
You should ideally have the following experience;
+ Solid exposure to leading therapeutic antibody development projects
+ Proven ability to meet critical deadlines
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Innovative, inclusive and forward looking mindset
+ Excellent people management skills
+ Passion for working on a programme in diabetic kidney disease
